A Blandford is a one-of-a-kind, fully-custom bicycle made for an individual rider by an individual maker. I build only complete bicycles, one-at-a-time, from a small studio in Portland, Oregon. A Blandford is simple, utilitarian, and timeless.

Pricing

Complete bicycles start at $10,000. These things take me over 100 hours to complete, and the price reflects that time commitment. I build frames, forks, stems, racks, and many other small parts using only the best materials available. I utilize only the best finishers in the business. And I offer parts from only the best component manufacturers in the world.

I do not build standalone frames or forks, custom racks for production bikes, or offer anything other than complete, fully-assembled bicycles.

Lead Time

As of Fall 2024, my current lead time is: about 6 months.

Getting Started

If you’re interested in a bicycle, send me an email and we’ll schedule a call to talk about your project. I work differently than most independent framebuilders. I don’t take deposits or carry an open build “queue”. I do not price based on a fixed set of chosen options; I work collaboratively with my clients, building and invoicing by the project.
